It comes with easily adjustable headgear headband ensures a good fit. It has tension adjustable steel mesh shields. This feature is seen in SAS face shields with the same quality. The larger rotating screws that tighten to keep the visor in position sit right above the ears. So, if you had exceptionally deep ear pockets, or placed the head muff connector along the back of your neck you could make it work.
